Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, refine, and document business requirements for advanced fraud prevention and detection capabilities.

Requirements
- ✓6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fraud prevention, financial services, or risk management.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- ✓Experience in designing end-to-end technical solutions considering scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with proven cross-functional collaboration.
- ✓Strong understanding of fraud prevention frameworks, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- ✓Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
- ✓Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
