About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Valtech, a trusted partner to the world’s most recognized brands. This role focuses on shaping the direction of digital products and ensuring alignment between clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the product vision for engagements
- →Steer client and internal teams toward shared alignment
- →Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- →Lead discovery and delivery by maintaining a clear, prioritized roadmap
- →Champion the use of AI tooling across the SDLC
- →Demonstrate executive presence in client interactions
- →Identify risks and propose mitigations
- →Own or co-own the product roadmap
- →Identify opportunities to extend Valtech's engagement
- →Develop junior product and delivery team members
- →Contribute to the evolution of Valtech's Product Practice
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable experience as a Senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy or agency environment
- ✓Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders
- ✓Strong executive presence and communication skills
- ✓Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the SDLC
- ✓Genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technology can be applied to product work
- ✓Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs end-to-end
- ✓Solid commercial awareness
- ✓Experience in Agile delivery environments
- ✓A track record of developing others
- ✓Being a natural collaborator and dot-connector
- ✓Having strong intellectual curiosity, particularly about the AI landscape
- ✓Being a confident and polished communicator
- ✓Having strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- ✓Leading by example on engagements
- ✓Focusing on outcomes over outputs
