About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our global team at Valtech, the experience innovation company. You'll work with stakeholders and development teams to drive digital solutions and transform industries.

Key Responsibilities

→Work in close cooperation with stakeholders and development teams
→Support the Product Owner on expected/delivered value
→Analyze customer business processes and initial documentation
→Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos
→Prioritize features and work on the roadmap
→Manage change requests
→Create various artifacts such as SRSs, user guides, and release notes
→Lead refinement sessions
→Maintain documentation in Azure DevOps or similar tool
→Plan and facilitate requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

Requirements

✓4+ years of BA activities with a proven track record
✓Understanding of APIs, microservices, and headless approach
✓SEO, analytics, and accessibility skills
✓Practical experience in applying key BA techniques
✓Experience in customer-facing communication
✓Upper-Intermediate English level
✓Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
✓Strong desire to learn more about business
