About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager with extensive banking and transformation experience to lead Wealth Management initiatives in Qatar. This role requires strong project management discipline and hands-on business analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a Wealth Management program focused on Qatar Retail Wealth initiatives and Private Banking expansion
- →Own end-to-end delivery across multiple Wealth Management initiatives
- →Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- →Perform hands-on analysis of client journeys, advisory processes, and servicing models
- →Define and validate business requirements with Relationship Managers and business leaders
- →Ensure initiatives deliver tangible improvements in client and advisor outcomes
- →Conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements
- →Document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows
- →Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps
- →Work closely with Technology and Operations stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of banking and transformation experience with Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management exposure
- ✓Experience delivering Wealth Management transformation, growth, or client experience initiatives
- ✓Strong project management delivery discipline with hands-on Business Analysis capability
- ✓Client-centric, pragmatic, and execution-focused approach
- ✓Understanding of Private Banking and retail products and services
- ✓Knowledge of institutional and client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics
