About the Role
We are looking for a Strapi Developer to join our team in UAE operations. This role requires strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms and the ability to lead design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design decisions and challenge vendors regarding CMS and CMP
- →Understand modern web platforms including APIs, integrations, security, and performance
- →Manage multiple delivery teams and third-party vendors in complex environments
- →Communicate effectively between business and technical audiences
- →Work independently with a strong ownership mindset
- →Handle analytics, SEO, consent management, experimentation, and performance monitoring
- →Engage with platform vendors including TAM, escalation, and commercial awareness
- →Stay current with platform evolution and emerging capabilities
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and CMP
- ✓Solid understanding of modern web platforms
- ✓Proven experience leading multiple delivery teams and vendors
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
