About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Vantage, a FinOps platform for modern engineering teams. You'll work on a high-performing team shipping across the full Vantage stack, including core reporting, provider integrations, and billing/onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork directly with founders on feature discovery, ideation, and delivery
- βWrite clean, testable, peer-reviewed code
- βDrive technical architecture decisions for Vantage's future scaling
- βOwn end-to-end feature development, including measuring customer impact
- βJoin design and product on customer calls to understand user needs
Requirements
- βProduct-oriented engineer with a passion for customer delight
- β5+ years of experience with full stack codebases
- βGeneralist experience working on both frontend and backend
- βPreference for simple, scalable solutions
- βProven track record of leading impactful engineering projects at scale
- βExpertise in modern web languages/frameworks, particularly Ruby on Rails
- βSoftware design experience with scalable architectures
- βExcitement for progress and high responsibility
