About the Role
Vast is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator to support the development of systems for artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This role involves monitoring security threats and operational risks to ensure safety and security for employees, facilities, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor databases, CCTV, and technology tools for security threats and operational risks
- →Ensure effective coordination and execution of security protocols during emergency situations
- →Assist with intelligence briefings and travel assessments
- →Provide security assistance and risk analysis for special events and operational activities
- →Respond to security-related inquiries and emergency situations
Requirements
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓2+ years experience in a GSOC or similar security environment
- ✓Experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, or emergency response
- ✓Comprehensive understanding of GSOC policies and procedures
- ✓Strong knowledge of technology tools, databases, CCTV, and incident response
