About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) to join vCluster Labs. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador to the technical community, identifying and attracting builders who will shape the future of Kubernetes virtualization. You will partner directly with Engineering and Product leadership to execute a modern, data-driven hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally
- →Proactively source and engage passive talent from open-source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities
- →Champion our structured interview process and ensure scorecards are utilized effectively
- →Drive an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
- →Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in a high-growth tech startup
- ✓Understanding of technologies like Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform
- ✓Ability to operate in ambiguity and refine processes for efficiency
- ✓Data-centric approach with experience using analytics to inform decision-making
- ✓High EQ and active listening skills
