About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join Veeam Software. This role involves managing and leading an inside sales team, overseeing sales operations and strategies for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Representatives, driving overachievement and goals with coaching and performance management
- →Nurture a positive team environment aligned with Veeam's Core Values
- →Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
- →Drive revenue and contribute to Veeam's growth through consistent achievement of individual and team quotas
- →Monitor daily sales activities and use of Salesforce.com CRM
- →Drive metrics to measure performance and correct deficiencies
- →Collaborate with inside sales management on territory division and sales execution
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience
- ✓Telephone and internet-based sales experience required
- ✓Knowledge of the SMB (<500 employees) market
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ✓Experience building, training, and developing inside sales teams
- ✓Skilled motivator with ability to coach sales staff
- ✓Proven track record in high volume and complex enterprise sales
- ✓Ability to work in a matrix-organization structure
- ✓Excellent management and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of sales methodologies like Meddic
- ✓CRM systems experience; Salesforce.com preferred
- ✓Knowledge of virtualization technology (VMware/Microsoft)
- ✓Knowledge of storage vendors and partners
