About the Role The People Partner is responsible for supporting HR activities and acting as a key point of contact for HR matters within Inside Sales organization. This role supports the implementation of people strategies, ensures compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, and assists with the execution of global HR initiatives on a country-specific level. The position requires a good understanding of the local employment landscape and experience supporting HR processes in a business environment. The People Partner will collaborate closely with others HR Business Partner to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices. What You’ll Do • Local Labor Legislation & Compliance Advise managers and team leads on Romania labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies to ensure legal compliance. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures at the country level. Stay up to date with changes in local labor law and support the company’s compliance with statutory provisions. Assist with employee relations cases and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. • Support for People Managers Assist people managers with employee life-cycle activities (e.g., compensation reviews, performance evaluations, hiring, and data management). Help coordinate relocation activities when needed. Support the rollout of global People & Culture programs and initiatives . Contribute to employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
