About the Role
This role is focused on supporting operational excellence across our post-sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver programs that directly influence customer retention, expansion, and long-term value.
As a key program contributor, you will manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution—bringing structure, visibility, and coordination to high-impact work. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role that requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end programs and projects within the post-sales organization, from planning through execution and successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
• Support initiatives that directly improve customer retention, renewals efficiency, and expansion outcomes in a SaaS business model
• Coordinate and align multiple post-sales functions—including Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services—to support execution of cross-functional programs
• Partner with stakeholders and operational teams to ensure alignment, track progress, and resolve execution challenges
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates
• Support the definition and tracking of success metrics for projects and programs
• Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across post-sales workflows, and support initiatives to address them
• Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and stakeholder visibility throughout the lifecycle of each initiative
• Support development of business cases for new initiatives, including gathering inputs, documenting expected outcomes, and tracking key assumptions
• Track program progress and support measurement of business outcomes after delivery
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream operational teams, including but not limited to: Sales Operations, Finance, and Corporate Technology, to support end-to-end operational continuity
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and status reporting to ensure transparency and execution discipline
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related roles, ideally supporting post-sales operations within a SaaS or technology-driven organization
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple operational teams
• Advanced level of English
