About the Role
Veeam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Sales & Marketing operations across multiple countries. This role will drive recruitment excellence and ensure alignment with Veeam’s global hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- →Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing through offer
- →Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative channels
- →Build diverse pipelines and deliver excellent candidate experience across EMEA
- →Provide weekly progress reports and share market intelligence with stakeholders
- →Coach recruiters through mentoring, training, and best practice knowledge sharing
- →Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, privacy rules, and labor laws
Requirements
- ✓Four to seven years of EMEA talent acquisition experience
- ✓Experience hiring sales and marketing roles across multiple seniority levels
- ✓Advanced fluency in English
- ✓Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- ✓Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing methods to map markets effectively
- ✓Strong analytical skills to improve hiring speed and accuracy
- ✓Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and consistent recruitment process quality
