About the Role
Corporate Technology Programs & Portfolio Management Office is responsible for managing the programs and projects that enable leveraging best technology and solutions available on the market for all Veeam business departments. The goal is to ensure that businesses perform at the top of their efficiency to fuel ​Veeam growth.
This role, CT Technical Program Manager M&A, will lead strategic cross-functional projects to plan, coordinate, and execute the technology integrations, environment consolidations, and process automations required to support successful mergers and acquisitions at Veeam. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless technical alignment between acquired entities and Veeam’s business operations, enabling rapid value realization and minimal business disruption throughout the M&A lifecycle.
This role is remote within the US, but we are prioritizing candidates based in Eastern time for team alignment.
What You’ll Do
• Lead technical discovery with both acquiring and acquired company stakeholders to uncover integration or migration needs. 
• Analyze and map technical infrastructure, systems, and data flows of both companies to identify integration points and redundancies.
• Facilitate application rationalization, identifying which platforms to consolidate, retire, or migrate post-merger.
• Design process and data migration strategies; manage execution and the migration and merger projects 
• Create detailed runbooks and technical documentation for all migration and integration processes. 
• Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, priorities, and success metrics across projects and workstreams.
• Identify stakeholders, secure resources, and coordinate crossfunctional technical teams to deliver value and resolve blockers.
• Build and manage program plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
• Drive clear, consistent multi-level stakeholder communication, including decisions, priorities, status and health reporting, and risks.
• Ensure successful delivery, rollout, and adoption through effective change management while measuring outcomes against KPIs.
Technologies You’ll Work With
• Experience with corporate platforms such as CRM (SFDC), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ERP (Netsuite), Integrations, Purchasing (Coupa), Service (ServiceNow)
• Experience with Tableau or BI Tools, ability to query and analyze data
• Proficient with JIRA, Monday.com, and other project management tools
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Experience with vendor relationships and management

Experience with testing methodologies and tools to ensure quality deliverables

Strong analytical skills, including reading and interpreting relational data

Ability to read, write, and translate technical and business requirements; experience creating process flow diagrams

Solid understanding of cross‑functional business processes (sales, marketing, quote‑to‑cash, finance, etc.)
• Being self-starter who proactively identifies and mitigates project risks
• Strong project and program management background, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and PMP certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; independent-thinker mindset with the ability to stay focused on highlevel goals and outcomes

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
