About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our HR&CRMS team, responsible for managing the employee data lifecycle across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- βDefine the strategy and vision for the product from a business perspective
- βTranslate the product vision into concrete services and tools
- βCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize products based on business value
- βWork in an agile way with product and business teams
- βDefine product roadmap and objectives aligned with company goals
- βWrite user stories and monitor task progress
Requirements
- βBSc degree in Engineering or Business field
- βAt least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager
- βRoadmap vision and planning skills
- βExperience managing product backlog and prioritizing
- βKnowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- βAbility to work across teams and locations
- βExcellent oral and written communication skills
- βUnderstanding of technical requirements and user design principles
- βFluent in English
