About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Lead to manage a remote team of freelancers conducting rule-based web research for OpenData Clinical, which provides global reference data on sites and investigators. This role focuses on leading team performance, improving business processes, and driving efficiency and quality improvements in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a remote team of 30-50 freelancers conducting web research on investigators and sites
- →Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
- →Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
- →Own team KPIs and performance metrics
- →Escalate risks and incidents early and clearly
- →Support business process improvements and technology enhancements
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of working experience
- ✓Proven knowledge of business process design, management, and optimization
- ✓Skilled with spreadsheets
- ✓Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
- ✓Highly motivated with a results-oriented and analytical mindset
- ✓Strong communication skills with managers, analysts, and researchers
- ✓Interest in people management and process-oriented work
