About the Role
Veeva Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Japan, focused on ensuring the success of customers utilizing Vault CRM suite products. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor for CRM-related initiatives and guiding customers to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently lead customer engagements as a primary contact from "go live" onward
- →Understand customer strategic objectives and challenges related to CRM suite products
- →Serve as a trusted advisor for key customers in Japan, building strong relationships with application owners and stakeholders
- →Proactively track feature enhancements related to Japanese commercial requirements
- →Provide strategic guidance on best practices for CRM suite products
- →Act as the primary liaison between customers and various Veeva teams
- →Facilitate cross-customer connections within the Japanese life sciences industry
- →Communicate product release information and roadmaps to diverse customer audiences
- →Lead CRM-related communities for existing customers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with enterprise software solutions
- ✓Solid understanding of enterprise commercial software landscape including CRM, MA, BI/Analytics, and AI
- ✓Ability to manage multi-layered relationships and facilitate discussions across departments
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing customer needs
- ✓Proven ability to drive customer adoption and value realization from complex software solutions
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
- ✓Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites within Japan
