About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Director, Taiwan R&D and Quality to lead the strategic expansion and execution of Vault Development Cloud and Quality Cloud in Taiwan. This role focuses on market development and long-term customer success within the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Veeva’s presence in the Taiwan market
- →Promote Veeva’s values and culture to build lasting relationships and ensure customer success
- →Build and manage executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders in the life sciences industry
- →Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals
- →Understand and execute the sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience selling B2B software sales across biopharma sponsors
- ✓10+ total years of work experience in global companies
- ✓Native-level Mandarin speaker and fluent in English
- ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- ✓Entrepreneurial instincts with the ability to understand strategy and connect it to operations
- ✓Demonstrated success in a consultative sales role to C-Level executives
- ✓Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives
- ✓Creative mindset to make things happen
- ✓Team-first mentality
