About the Role
Veeva Systems is seeking a Commercial Services Leader to join their Korea Commercial Professional Services team. This role focuses on implementing commercial cloud solutions for life sciences companies, driving project success, and contributing to business growth within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and scale commercial cloud solution projects for customers in Korea
- →Build and maintain strong customer relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts
- →Drive business growth and value by championing new service propositions
- →Collaborate with solution architects to implement Veeva products
- →Translate customer business requirements into configuration requirements
- →Guide customers throughout implementation programs
- →Contribute ideas to enhance delivery models and work with product management
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in software implementation
- ✓Background working for a systems integrator or consulting company
- ✓Experience at companies like Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, or similar organizations
- ✓Previous roles as Practice Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager
- ✓Customer-facing experience in go-to-market or engagement management teams
- ✓Experience leading large software implementations
- ✓Based in Seoul with legal right to work
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
- ✓Experience with content and/or data management systems
- ✓Demonstrated stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
