About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Account Manager to fine-tune AI Agents to match customers’ brand voice, compliance constraints, and risk tolerance. This role involves building, integrating, and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer, including data ingestion pipelines, custom integrations, and full-stack code as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
- →Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
- →Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes
- →Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
- →Build, QA, and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
- →Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
- →Track and respond to campaign replies
- →Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
- →Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach, or technical implementation roles
- ✓Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
- ✓Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement, and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
- ✓Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
- ✓Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
- ✓Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
- ✓High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- ✓Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
