What Youβll Do
β’ Generate new business opportunities through a mix of inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
β’ Execute high-volume prospecting across calls, emails and other channels, with the objective of converting targeted accounts into qualified pipeline opportunities
β’ Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and connect with the right decision-makers
β’ Qualify prospects by understanding their business context, pain points, priorities, and potential fit for Ventionβs solutions
β’ Clearly communicate Ventionβs value proposition and create interest with prospective customers
β’ Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by identifying and understanding customer needs, ensuring strong qualification and contributing to pipeline goal
β’ Maintain accurate activity and prospect data in CRM and sales engagement tools
β’ Develop strong knowledge of Ventionβs solutions, customer use cases, and market landscape
β’ Represent Vention professionally and create a strong first impression with every interaction
β’ Consistently work toward and exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
β’ Continuously look for ways to improve performance, share feedback, and contribute to a strong team culture
