About the Role
Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Project Manager for a temporary global assignment focused on harmonizing Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) across all regions. This high-visibility role will lead the transition from fragmented regional programs to a unified global framework, impacting a substantial global population and significant annual costs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the central owner for the global SIP harmonization timeline, driving all workstreams toward a successful Q1 2027 rollout.
- →Lead and facilitate discussions with senior commercial leaders and regional stakeholders to build consensus for the global framework.
- →Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify operational, data, and policy differences between current regional realities and the proposed global framework.
- →Oversee data collection and analysis efforts related to impact modeling to articulate the financial and motivational impact of proposed changes.
- →Lead the transition from current SIP plans to the unified global Water Tech SIP framework, including facilitating go/no-go decisions with SteerCo.
- →Lead change management planning efforts to ensure buy-in from leadership and develop robust communication plans.
