About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and impact-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on driving operational excellence across our Go-To-Market organization by improving processes, data quality, reporting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and improve core GTM reporting and dashboards
→Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards
→Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards
→Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure accurate data capture and clear performance visibility
→Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements across the revenue tech stack
→Build scalable processes that enable sustainable growth

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role
✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
✓Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
✓Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
✓High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset
✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✓A proactive, ownership-driven attitude
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
