About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join Verkada, a leader in cloud physical security. This role will partner with Recruiting and Leadership teams to organize calendars, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

→Schedule a high volume of interviews and manage travel arrangements for candidates
→Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with white glove treatment
→Develop relationships with Recruiting and Leadership teams
→Partner with Recruiters to schedule every step of the interview process
→Track and document candidate communications using tech stack including Greenhouse and Google Suite

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree required
✓1-2 years of transferable scheduling experience
✓Ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment
✓Experience managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive manner
✓Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
✓Flexibility working across multiple timezones
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
✓Experience in the recruiting space with a desire to progress into full-cycle recruiting
