About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Product team at Verkada. This role involves building the team that shapes the company’s future products and trajectory. You will be immersed in the Product team and foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source niche product talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, extend offers, and successfully close top candidates
- →Partner closely with the Product leadership team, including weekly meetings with our SVP of Product & Operations, VPs, and Directors
- →Make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
- →Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree
- ✓6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year hiring for Product Management roles
- ✓Demonstrated experience generating a well-targeted and high-quality pipeline of Product Management candidates
- ✓Expertise in stakeholder alignment, including the ability to influence senior Product leadership
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on timely communication
- ✓Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced environment
- ✓Must be willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in San Mateo
