About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of PPC and social media marketing across B2C and B2B campaigns. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in paid media, social platforms, and international marketing, focusing on campaigns in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- →Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
- →Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and conversions
- →Maintain accurate campaign structures, tracking, and naming conventions
- →Support regular reporting and performance reviews
- →Manage organic and paid social media posting schedules across agreed channels
- →Upload, schedule, and QA social content and ads
- →Work closely with the design team to ensure creative assets are optimised for each platform
- →Support engagement activity and community management where required
- →Assist with social performance tracking and insights
- →Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple markets
- →Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time
- →Collaborate with CRM and design colleagues to support joined-up marketing activity
- →Work with local team members to support copy and content localisation where needed
