About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to join our Mobile Engineering team. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge features for Rotten Tomatoes and various Versant Sports properties.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- →Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to develop user-friendly mobile experiences
- →Participate in architectural discussions to ensure mobile applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- →Conduct code reviews, write tests, and integrate automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality code
- →Assist in monitoring and optimizing mobile applications’ performance, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- →Work closely with senior engineers, learning from their mentorship while contributing to the team’s technical efforts
- →Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and contribute ideas for adopting new tools or approaches
- →Support the DevOps team with continuous integration and delivery processes
- →Help maintain and monitor mobile application KPIs to ensure performance meets company expectations
Requirements
- ✓Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or .NET MAUI (Xamarin)
- ✓Strong programming skills in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, C#, or JavaScript
- ✓Knowledge of UI frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Java Kolin
- ✓Understanding of best coding practices, including code reviews, testing, and automated testing strategies
- ✓Experience with continuous integration and delivery processes
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- ✓Passion for staying updated with emerging mobile technologies
