About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Representative to drive and manage enterprise sales for our NCSI business, focusing on non-sport verticals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with account management, onboarding, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver a high-level customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for a newly defined non-sport vertical in partnership with NCSI leadership
- →Establish key partnerships in a non-sport vertical to support NCSI's market entry
- →Leverage existing industry relationships and source new connections to build strategic partnerships
- →Represent NCSI at events and engage with stakeholders to establish industry credibility
- →Act as a strategic advisor to operations and product teams to support the launch and scaling of new non-sport verticals
- →Lead a sophisticated sales process, collaborating with leadership, legal, and operations teams to structure deals
- →Work directly with prospective customers to create demand and solve challenging problems in a consultative way
- →Build and manage sales pipeline, document activities in Salesforce, and conduct regular pipeline reviews
- →Manage RFP processes to secure new business opportunities
- →Provide consultative feedback to enhance customer experience
- →Liaise with operations and marketing teams to create strategic sales assets
- →Ensure customer satisfaction and revenue optimization for newly onboarded customers
- →Follow through on commitments to customers, ensuring a successful internal transition post-sale
- →Maintain high personal effort standards to achieve sales goals and career growth
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in non-sport verticals
- ✓Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and partnership development skills
- ✓Experience representing companies at industry events and engaging with stakeholders
- ✓Strategic advisory capabilities to support product and operations teams
- ✓Proficiency in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and sales process leadership
- ✓Strong communication and consultative problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Ability to manage RFP processes and secure new business opportunities
