About the Role
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our Partner Care Support team. This role involves consulting on technology solutions used by Partner Golf Courses to run their businesses, providing elite service and acting as both an industry and technology consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a resource for customers by offering solutions to their technical challenges
- →Provide exceptional customer service by speaking directly to golf course operators using our proprietary software
- →Remote connect to customer PCs for training sessions, software installation, configuration adjustments, and troubleshooting
- →Consult clients on how to best utilize our software to maximize revenue and improve business efficiency
- →Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- →Escalate issues to the Golf Business Support Manager and assist in implementing solutions
- →Document information and investigation details in Salesforce cases
- →Make product suggestions and note improvements in internal processes
Requirements
- ✓Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Windows & Office
- ✓Ability to rapidly learn our software and demonstrate competence with new technologies
- ✓High energy and engaging personality with patience for all levels of technology users
- ✓Experience in a help desk environment requiring customer service skills
- ✓Education or degree in Information Technology, Networking, System Administration, Web Design/Development, or other relevant technical areas
