About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of large-scale, enterprise Oracle Cloud programs. This is a pivotal leadership role combining deep Oracle expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence at C-Suite level.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design of complex Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned to business strategy
- →Shape multi-pillar Finance & HCM programs in a Solution Lead capacity
- →Provide architectural governance across Data Migration, Integration (OIC), and Reporting (OTBI, OAC, FDI)
- →Chair and influence Design Authority discussions, advising on risk, impact and strategic direction
- →Engage confidently with CIOs, CFOs and senior stakeholders
- →Support pre-sales through solution design, estimations and compelling client demonstrations
- →Mentor senior consultants and elevate architectural capability across the practice
- →Represent the organization at industry events, positioning Oracle innovation and thought leadership
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
- ✓Experience with Finance, HCM, Procurement, PPM and EPM modules
- ✓Strong understanding of Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting
- ✓Ability to engage with C-Suite and senior stakeholders
- ✓Experience with OIC, OTBI, OAC, and FDI
- ✓Leadership experience mentoring senior consultants
