About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution from initiation to completion. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery within constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Project Owner/Sponsor and Scrum Master to confirm project scope, goals, objectives, and business justification
- →Prepare detailed project work-plans with resource requirement profiles
- →Undertake RAID analysis and establish project governance structure and processes
- →Create, maintain, and update Project Initiation Documents, plans, and status reports
- →Lead, monitor, and maintain project progress to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints
- →Control and report progress to the Project Steering Group and escalate issues as needed
- →Assess risks and issues, maintain logs, and develop contingency plans
- →Define and implement effective communication strategies for stakeholders
- →Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment
- →Identify process gaps and implement necessary business process and compliance documentation
