QA/Test Manager at Version1

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Quality Tester to ensure data integrity throughout our data pipelines and testing processes. This role involves developing comprehensive test strategies and plans, validating data quality, and managing the test workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop and write comprehensive Test Strategy/Approach and Test Plan for the program
• →Test how data is loaded and moved through data pipelines, ensuring correct structure and expected loading
• →Validate data quality by checking for missing data, duplicates, incorrect values, or broken logic in ETL/ELT processes
• →Use SQL to examine data, troubleshoot issues, and confirm transformed data accuracy across different layers
• →Plan the test work-stream including resources, scope, and schedule
• →Estimate and obtain management support for time, resources, and budget required for testing
• →Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate accomplishments, plans, and issues
• →Organize status meetings and send Status Reports to the Client
• →Support the team on project planning-related activities, plan and manage dry runs
• →Demonstrate strong leadership and manage milestones and deliverables for the test work-stream
• →Ensure test adherence to the Software Development LifeCycle, with proper execution and results recording
• →Ensure documentation requirements are met to a high standard and sign-off is received for various test phases
• →Manage the test workstream RAID process
• →Review the quality, accuracy, and consistency of test deliverables to meet requirements
• →Make quick decisions to progress test workstreams at pace
