About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and be able to apply them to our development process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos/reviews, and retrospectives.
- →Coach and guide the development team on Scrum, Lean and DevOps principles and practices.
- →Propose improvements to the current process and Agile practices.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- →Work with product owners to conduct business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, wire frames, documentation of features and gap analysis.
- →Work to prioritize, maintain the product backlog and acceptance criteria to maximize value of data solutions.
- →Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
- →Develop and maintain data-related documentation and requirements.
- →Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for individual processes.
- →Drive and manage a culture of data adaptation and metrics to measure performance.
- →Continuously monitor the Project’ and Squad’s performance, gather feedback from various stakeholders and respond/take actions to show continuous improvement.
- →Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality.
- →Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
- →To be the key liaison between Internal Customer and Development team.
