About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable enterprise applications while driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct project discovery sessions to understand requirements and define solution approaches
→Break down backlog items into actionable tasks and drive timely delivery
→Mentor and coach team members on technical challenges
→Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, Web API, and ReactJS
→Apply design principles and innovative solutions for scalable applications
→Prepare technical specifications and functional documentation
→Develop architectural diagrams and prototypes using tools like Visio and Figma
→Work with Entity Framework Core and Dapper for data access
→Build and optimize complex SQL Server stored procedures
→Ensure code reliability through unit testing and secure code reviews
→Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
→Leverage Azure services for cloud-native application development
→Manage Azure deployments and application performance optimization
→Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
→Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers

Requirements

✓Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and ReactJS
✓Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
✓Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure
✓Knowledge of SQL databases and ORM tools like Entity Framework Core and Dapper
✓Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
✓Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit and Jest
✓Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation
✓Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with international clients
✓Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in an Agile environment
