β’ Design detailed interaction patterns, component behaviours, and interface states for digital products and services
β’ Produce high-fidelity prototypes to communicate and validate interaction logic with users and developers
β’ Define and document micro-interactions, error states, validation patterns, and edge cases
β’ Apply and extend the GOV.UK Design System, contributing reusable patterns where appropriate
β’ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate, accessible implementation of designs
β’ Ensure all interface designs meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and responsive design requirements
β’ Work with UX designers and user researchers to refine interactions based on evidence
β’ Maintain design system consistency and contribute to shared component libraries
