We’re looking for a Senior Training & Instructional Designer who can take the lead in crafting engaging, high-quality learning experiences across large-scale digital and Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. This is a role for someone who combines creativity with structure, and design flair with real business impact. What Makes This Role Different? You won’t just be building slide decks. You’ll be: • Translating complex transformation programmes into clear, compelling learning journeys • Influencing how users adopt new systems and processes at scale • Setting the standard for learning design quality across major programmes • Working alongside some of the most experienced Oracle consultants in the marketWhat You’ll Be Doing Create Best-in-Class Learning Experiences • Design and develop high-quality learning assets including: • Visually engaging slide decks and facilitator guides • User guides and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) • Storyboards, scripts, and structured learning plans • Turn complex content into simple, intuitive, user-friendly learningLead Modern Learning Design • Build impactful: • eLearning modules • Microlearning content • Video-based learning • Apply modern instructional design principles to maximise engagement and retentionOwn the Tools & Craft • Use your expertise in: • PowerPoint (advanced storytelling and visual design) • Authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, video tools) • LMS / LXP platforms • Continuously raise the bar on how learning is designed and deliveredSet the Standard for Quality • Ensure all outputs are: • Clear, consistent, and accessible • Aligned to best practice and programme standards • Act as a quality benchmark across multi-designer teamsCollaborate & Lead • Partner with SMEs to extract and shape knowledge effectively • Mentor junior designers and provide meaningful, constructive feedback • Help evolve our learning design capability and standards
