About the Role
We are looking for an adaptable Service Designer to join our team at Version 1. This role involves working in multidisciplinary, agile teams to deliver excellent results across GDS projects for public sector customers. Service Designers at Version 1 work across the full service lifecycle, from discovery through to live.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead on mapping current and future states
- βAlign digital delivery with policy and operational realities
- βHelp clients make confident, evidence-based decisions
- βCollaborate closely with content designers, interaction designers, product managers, user researchers, business analysts, and technical leads
- βHelp shape service visions
- βFacilitate workshops
