About the Role
Vetcove is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help modernize the future of veterinary software. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key veterinary hospital consolidators, serving as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, and understanding their needs to inform company strategy and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and lead Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy
- →Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders within named accounts
- →Craft narratives and prove customer value through business reviews and strategic touch-points
- →Develop proficiency in collecting ongoing customer product feedback
- →Create roadmaps for customer success with Vetcove
- →Stay informed about the veterinary consolidation market
- →Nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree
- ✓4+ years in account management
- ✓Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- ✓Excellent time and process management skills
- ✓Strong analytical skills
- ✓Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships
- ✓Desire to learn and define an emerging function in a dynamic startup environment
