About the Role
Vetcove is seeking a Product Manager to enhance platforms that power veterinary clinics and pet parents. This role involves driving initiatives to improve user experience, monitoring product feedback, and managing quality assurance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive product enhancements by monitoring long-term projects for optimization opportunities
- →Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions
- →Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to remove roadblocks
- →Build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams
- →Manage 1-2 low to mid-level feature builds, defining requirements and conducting QA testing
- →Educate departments on new product features to ensure consistency in customer interactions
Requirements
- ✓Four-year college degree with a track record of managing multiple projects
- ✓3+ years of experience in a product role
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies
- ✓Excellent communication skills to distill complex ideas into simple insights
- ✓Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
