We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to join Via, a leading transportation technology provider. This role focuses on overseeing daily operations in Berlin, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a sustainable work environment for driving personnel.
Key Responsibilities

- →Oversee daily operations in Berlin, acting as the contact person for driving personnel
- →Analyze metrics to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
- →Prioritize operational issues and implement creative solutions
- →Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scale operational processes
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in German and English with clear communication skills
- ✓Operationally experienced with background in people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented work
- ✓Relationship oriented, earning trust through clear communication
- ✓Hands-on and proactive, preferring to be in the field
- ✓Tactical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- ✓Mission driven, motivated by expanding transportation access
- ✓Based in Berlin, ready to be onsite 3 days a week
