About the Role
We are looking for Vibe's first dedicated Product Analytics Leader to build Product Analytics as a first-class capability across the company. This role requires defining, leading, and scaling Product Analytics, acting as a trusted partner to Product, and driving better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead Product Analytics strategy and foundations
- →Structure complex problems into data-driven projects
- →Drive development of new analytical approaches and statistical techniques
- →Lead large meetings with senior management
- →Arbitrate conflicts within projects to ensure alignment
- →Hire, retain, and motivate strong analysts and managers
- →Mentor team members on best practices
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of technology, products, and business environments, preferably in AdTech
- ✓Proven ability to influence cross-functional environments
- ✓Experience presenting work clearly to senior management
- ✓Ability to adapt communication between technical data and business strategy
- ✓Strong statistical foundations for experimentation and causal reasoning
- ✓Experience in planning and organizing team missions and evolutions
- ✓High proficiency in SQL and data exploration
