ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll join Vibe's Product team, reporting to the VP of Product with direct visibility to the CTO and CEO. Your mandate is to own Vibe's most strategically critical asset: Nebula β our proprietary CTV identity graph β and the data platform built around it.
This role exists because data and identity are the only durable moats in advertising, and we've made the technical bets to prove it. We have the engineering team, the ML capability, and the architectural direction. What we need now is a senior product leader who can turn that foundation into a coherent strategy, a commercial narrative, and a roadmap that drives measurable business value.
Three reasons a great candidate should care:
- Single-threaded ownership of a strategic asset. Nebula isn't a feature β it's the core of Vibe's long-term competitive position. You'll define what that looks like in three years and own the path to get there.
- Player-coach scope. You'll present to the board and review data schemas. This role has full strategic altitude and full execution accountability.
- The market is moving now. CTV is at an inflection point. The decisions made in this role over the next 18 months will shape how TV advertising works for the next decade.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Nebula product strategy
- Define the long-term vision for Vibe's identity graph β deterministic anchors, probabilistic signals, data partnerships, coverage and accuracy KPIs
- Make principled build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across identity resolution, clean rooms, and data collaboration frameworks (UID2, ConnectID, LiveRamp, and beyond)
- Set the governance model for how identity data flows across the platform β privacy-compliant (CCPA, SOC2) without sacrificing speed
Drive audience and activation products
- Own the product vision for how Vibe's data assets are activated for targeting and measurement
- Define first-party data onboarding and matching workflows β so a brand can bring their CRM into Vibe, match it against our household graph, and reach exactly the right people on TV
- Build the measurement products that close the loop: Verified Visits, Verified Purchases, and incrementality frameworks that prove causal lift
Run the internal data platform as a product
- Partner with Data Platform Engineering to define requirements for ingestion pipelines, feature stores, and BI infrastructure
- Give internal consumers β engineering, ML, analytics β clear SLAs, documented APIs, and a roadmap driven by their actual needs
- Push toward self-serve: business units should be able to access and act on data without a ticket queue
Drive commercial impact
- Translate Nebula's capabilities into narratives that resonate with advertisers and publishers β work directly with Sales and Client Success to make it land
- Lead high-stakes partner conversations with data providers, measurement companies, and clean room operators; define the commercial terms
- Contribute to Vibe's external positioning on data and identity β thought leadership, industry events, partner communications
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years focused on data, identity, or streaming TV / programmatic advertising products
- Hands-on experience owning identity products β device graphs, household graphs, ID resolution pipelines, or clean room integrations β at a company where identity was a core capability
- Technical credibility: you can read a data model, understand a streaming architecture, and have a substantive conversation with engineers about entity resolution tradeoffs
- Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising stack β DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, measurement β and how the pieces connect
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, data science, and go-to-market
- Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for data products, including working with sales teams and building commercial business cases
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a CTV, streaming, or programmatic advertising platform
- Familiarity with UID2, ConnectID, LiveRamp RampID, or similar identity frameworks
- Hands-on experience with clean rooms (Snowflake, AWS Clean Rooms, InfoSum) and privacy-enhancing technologies
- Experience building and mentoring product teams
