ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll join the Revenue Operations team sitting at the intersection of GTM strategy and technical execution β identifying problems across the full revenue funnel and building the solutions to fix them. This isn't a Salesforce admin role or a reporting function; it's an end-to-end builder role, embedded closely with Sales and Customer Success, translating what's breaking in the business into AI-first tools and automations that actually ship. Vibe's sales org is scaling fast in 2026, and RevOps needs to grow with it β this hire is central to that. Three reasons to want this: direct ownership over problems that connect to real revenue outcomes, more scope and fewer layers than you'd find anywhere else at this revenue scale, and the chance to shape what a modern, AI-native RevOps function looks like from the ground up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and prioritize across the revenue funnel
- Map friction points across lead routing, deal execution, retention, and expansion β and connect each to a business outcome
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog, balancing daily triage with longer-term project work
Build AI-first solutions
- Design and ship agent- and automation-led tools using Claude and other AI tooling
- Test automations end-to-end, debug technical issues, and iterate based on real usage
- Identify where AI can replace manual workarounds and drive meaningful efficiency gains
Partner closely with GTM teams
- Meet regularly with GTM teams to surface emerging needs as strategy evolves
- Translate team-specific requests into scalable solutions β knowing when to standardize and when to stay flexible
- Bring teams along through change rather than forcing conformity; consult, don't dictate
Drive toward revenue outcomes
- Connect every project to a measurable goal β revenue growth or net dollar retention
- Establish clean, comparable data across the sales org to support accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
- Own the outcome of what you ship: diagnose what worked, what didn't, and why
WHAT YOU NEED
- Background in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, GTM tooling, or a related systems-oriented role
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools β you've shipped automations, built connectors, or created workflow tools in production
- Strong data literacy β you can read a dashboard and draw meaningful conclusions without being handed a brief
- Able to manage a backlog and drive parallel workstreams without losing sight of the longer-term goal
- Strong judgment β you think critically about what AI outputs, validate against real GTM context, and know what's worth building
NICE TO HAVES
- Engineering background or hands-on experience building tools outside of standard CRM workflows (e.g., custom Salesforce connectors, pipeline automation)
- Exposure to consumption-based revenue models β tick-rate dynamics, seasonality, and undefined contract baselines rather than defined SaaS contract terms
- Salesforce familiarity β not admin-level, but you've worked in it and can learn fast
- Analyst background with experience drawing actionable conclusions from large or ambiguous datasets
