About the Role
Vida Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience to own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the member-facing product. This role will drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida’s clinical and behavioral programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the member experience product backlog: prioritize, scope, ship and measure improvements to the core product
- →Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation and retention metrics
- →Manage bug triage and quality for the member experience
- →Partner with engineering to maintain product velocity and manage technical tradeoffs
- →Translate client requests and stakeholder input into well-scoped product work
- →Own member experience metrics: engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, NPS and clinical outcomes
- →Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and PostHog
- →Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- →Design and interpret experiments with data-informed recommendations
- →Work closely with design to iterate on UX improvements
- →Partner with clinical teams to ensure product changes support care delivery
- →Collaborate with the onboarding PM for seamless handoff from enrollment
- →Coordinate with product marketing to improve re-engagement and messaging
- →Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision with insights from product performance
- →Help stand up user research infrastructure and support testing
- →Support concept validation and prototype testing for next-generation experiences
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
- ✓3-5+ years of product management experience with consumer or patient-facing digital products
- ✓Proven track record improving engagement, retention or activation metrics
- ✓Strong analytical skills with SQL, product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks
- ✓Experience running the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, design, clinical and business stakeholders
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- ✓Clear, concise writer who can turn complexity into actionable product artifacts
