About the Role
Virta Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their mission of reversing metabolic disease. This role will play a critical part in shaping an exceptional employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the HR Business Partner for Product Development teams and G&A functions
- →Partner with leaders to understand goals and provide HR solutions that align with objectives
- →Advise and coach managers on performance, development, and workplace issues
- →Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and driving engagement initiatives
- →Support performance management, goal-setting, and coaching
- →Build and deliver targeted training sessions for managers
- →Assist with communications, policy development, and training creation
- →Support employee feedback initiatives and recommend data-driven strategies
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment
- ✓Direct experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- ✓Demonstrated ability in building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and teammates
- ✓Experience supporting managers in performance management and employee relations
- ✓Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
- ✓Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
- ✓Familiarity with ADP, Slack, and gSuite
