About the Role
Virta Health is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our mission to reverse metabolic disease. You'll play a critical role in shaping an exceptional employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the HR Business Partner for Product Development and G&A teams
- →Partner with leaders to provide HR solutions that align with business objectives
- →Advise and coach managers on performance, development, and workplace issues
- →Address employee concerns and drive engagement initiatives
- →Support performance management, goal-setting, and coaching
- →Build and deliver targeted training sessions for managers
- →Assist with HR communications, policy development, and training creation
- →Support employee feedback initiatives and recommend data-driven strategies
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment
- ✓Direct experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- ✓Demonstrated ability in building strong, collaborative relationships
- ✓Experience supporting managers in performance management and employee relations
- ✓Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
- ✓Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and industry best practices
- ✓Familiarity with ADP, Slack, and gSuite
