About the Role
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Visa is responsible for securing employee access to core applications efficiently, compliantly, and user-friendly. Our goal is to become the gold standard for IAM worldwide, having recently won Oracle’s annual Identity Management Innovation award.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide security-related access management support for Active Directory, Windows Systems, and Cloud Platforms
- →Implement and enforce Identity and Access Management policies in Active Directory
- →Govern access controls for cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft EntraID
- →Complete access request processing and resolve problem tickets
- →Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for IAM automation
- →Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Generative AI
- →Document access management procedures and keep them up to date
- →Provide incident response and remediation for identity-related security incidents
- →Assist with developing monitoring and alerting mechanisms for identity and access management activities
- →Develop new management metrics and reporting to support IAM activities
- →Provide support during User Access Revalidation cycles
- →Use GenAI to improve efficiency and perform data analysis
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Active Directory, Windows Systems, and Cloud Platforms
- ✓Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
- ✓Knowledge of Identity and Access Management practices and policies
- ✓Understanding of security principles and incident response
- ✓Ability to work with Generative AI for automation and data analysis
- ✓Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed
- ✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
