About the Role
We are looking for a PayFac Certification Program Manager to join our team in the CEMEA region. This role involves overseeing the certification process for Payment Facilitators, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee the certification process for Payment Facilitators (PF) in the CEMEA region
- →Facilitate discussions and actions related to risk management
- →Serve as the primary liaison between PFs, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders
- →Collaborate with internal teams to review certification packages for completeness and compliance
- →Handle the contracting process and oversee invoicing related to the certification program
