About the Role
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Visa is seeking a proactive professional to join our growing Access Controls team. This role focuses on managing access controls for key information resources across multiple platforms, with a focus on Linux and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Govern access controls for cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- →Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) over IAM practices for UNIX and Cloud Platforms
- →Demonstrate proficiency in .NET development and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for IAM automation
- →Implement and enforce Identity and Access Management policies in UNIX
- →Complete access request processing according to pre-defined procedures and SLAs
- →Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Generative AI and scripting
- →Document access management procedures for platforms, databases, and applications
- →Provide incident response and remediation for identity-related security incidents
- →Assist with developing monitoring and alerting mechanisms for IAM activities
- →Develop new management metrics and reporting to support IAM activities
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in IAM practices, policies, and procedures
- ✓Strong knowledge of UNIX and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ✓Proficiency in .NET development and scripting languages (PowerShell or Python)
- ✓Experience with Generative AI for process automation
- ✓Understanding of credential management including passwords, SSH keys, and Keytabs
- ✓Ability to document and maintain access management procedures
- ✓Experience with incident response and remediation
- ✓Skills in developing monitoring and alerting mechanisms
- ✓This is a hybrid position with expectations for office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
