About the Role
The CS BI&A team transforms complex data into actionable insights that accelerate strategic development and enable operational transformation across Client Services. This role is a key pillar within the broader BI&A organization, advancing operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Diagnose operational inefficiencies across workflows and client interactions
- →Partner with initiative owners to quantify opportunities and measure progress
- →Develop and maintain KPIs that measure operational health and service quality
- →Conduct deep-dive analyses on service processes and operational bottlenecks
- →Provide data and insights that strengthen interactions with clients and partners
- →Respond to urgent business needs with timely, accurate analysis
- →Build dashboards and analytical assets for operational performance
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to align on metrics and deliver integrated insights
