About the Role
The Global Revenue Operations team is seeking a Financial Analyst to support billing/contract functions, process improvement initiatives, and revenue/pricing system projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support North America contract review and pricing setup functions
- →Provide ongoing support to Sales, Client Services, and Deals team
- →Develop data models for billing process and automation
- →Assist with North America fee guide management and tool enhancements
- →Monitor internal contracts mailbox and respond to inquiries
- →Perform monthly accruals and journal entries
- →Research payment processing logics to resolve billing issues
- →Educate stakeholders on billing/pricing systems
- →Support Value-In-Kind project management
- →Review and analyze contracts for accuracy and compliance
- →Collaborate with stakeholders on Client Incentive funds
- →Coordinate with Legal team on contract execution
- →Validate project details and documentation
- →Provide guidance on Value-In-Kind projects/process
- →Assist with revenue recognition
- →Govern controls around revenue recognition and accounting policies
- →Provide customer service to business functions
- →Execute standard reporting and data sharing
Requirements
- ✓Strong financial, operational, and system background
- ✓Experience with billing operations and contract review
- ✓Ability to develop data models and support automation
- ✓Knowledge of fee guide management and tool enhancements
- ✓Experience with journal entries and accruals
- ✓Understanding of payment processing logics
- ✓Familiarity with billing/pricing systems
- ✓Experience with Value-In-Kind project management
- ✓Ability to review and analyze contracts
